TALENT, a boost for growth

The growth of the workforce in 2018 was 10.4 % that matches the organic growth of the company (10.7 %).

Out of the 182 additions, 25 occupied managerial positions and 13 positions were occupied by women. Also, in 2018 60 professionals were promoted, 12 of them at management level, and over 50% were women.

Women have an essential role in LLYC, and they make up 68 % of the workforce, getting close to 40 % in the managerial level (38 %).

It is also important to highlight that 3 new partners have joined the company: Iván Pino, Senior Director of the Digital Area; Tiago Vidal, General Director of Portugal; and Óscar Iniesta, General Director of Arenalia.

For the fifth consecutive year, we were part of the exclusive ranking of Actualidad Económica “Las Mejores Empresas para Trabajar en España” (The Best Companies to Work For in Spain), holding the 49th position and being the only communication consulting firm in the ranking.
